Age Limit

At the Knuckleheads venue, the age limit policy is minium age of 21.

The only exception for this is for the occasional all ages show which will be detailed on your ticket booking. In this case under 21s will be allowed to attend the event with a parent of guardian who is also attending, unless stated otherwise.

 

Ticket Policies

When booking an event at Knuckleheads please be aware that ticket refunds will not be offered unless the event has been cancelled. If the concert is rescheduled for a new date, you will be able to use your original ticket booking for the new date entry.

 

Entry & Booking

Usually at Knuckleheads the start time for events is 8:00pm, doors will open at 7:00pm or an hour before the event takes place to allow guests to enter and have plenty of time to get seated or order food and drinks. 

There may sometimes be a delay to doors opening this will be due to a late sound check.

Once you have made your booking for an upcoming event at Knuckleheads, your ticket will be valid for entry. If on the off chance you cannot attend and would like someone to take your place, you can either give them your physical ticket which will gain entry or for online purchases you will need to contact the box office for a name change.

Please note entry cannot be guaranteed without the correct name given.

 

Lost & Found

If by any chance you loose an item during your time at Knuckleheads, you can contact the lost and found department which is located in the gift shop. Any items found during an event will most likely be handed in or taken in by a member of staff so it can be safe until collection.

To contact lost and found you can call 816-483-1456 during business hours.

The venue is not responsible for lost items, but the staff will do their best to keep items that are found safe before they are recovered.

 

Items Prohibited

Knuckleheads encourages all attendees to have fun during the events without any disturbance caused.

These items are strictly not allowed within the venue and will be taken off customers and they may be asked to leave if these are found:

  • NO GUNS, KNIVES, WEAPONS, PEPPER SPRAY, PROJECTILES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER ITEM THAT COULD BE USED TO INFLICT HARM.

  • REPLICAS OF ANY TYPE OF WEAPON ARE NOT PERMITTED.

  • NO DRUGS, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND.

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS, INCLUDING CANS, BOTTLES, COOLERS, AND EMPTY WATER BOTTLES.

  • NO PERSONAL VIDEO CAMERAS, GO-PROS, SELFIE STICKS, DRONES, MASKS, OR LASER POINTERS.

  • NO PROFESSIONAL AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING DETACHABLE LENSES, TRIPODS, ZOOMS, OR COMMERCIAL USE RIGS.

  • NO UNSEALED LIQUIDS OR GELS OF ANY KIND.

  • NO JEWELRY OR CLOTHING THAT COULD INFLICT HARM.

  • NO LARGE BAGS OVER 10″ X 10″, BACKPACKS, CAMELBACKS, OR BOTA BAGS.

  • NO STUFFED ANIMALS, TOYS, LAWN FURNITURE, FIREWORKS, OR UMBRELLAS.
